Indications:
- Engine Start Switch latches in
- Start Valve Open light stay shown after 52% N2
- EICAS msg "STARTER CUTOUT _"
- Valve stuck in OPEN position; NO GO
- (NOT Starter Switch Systems fault as it latches in but light remain illuminated)
- Wait for engine to stablise
- Call for "STARTER CUTOUT _" Checklist
- Inform GND and ATC
- No applicable CB
- Check MEL 80-11-1 Engine Start Valves
- Maintenance action is required
- Coordinate with ATC and GND for return to bay
- Complete "AFTER LANDING CHECKS" prior to parking

- Calling for C/L prior to engine parameters stablised
- Confused with Switch malfunction
