EICAS "ENG _ FUEL VLV" (No "light up" + EICAS Msg)

Condition 1

Indications:

• No indication of Fuel Flow after FCS run
• NO LIGHT UP
• After short delay, EICAS msg "ENG _ FUEL VLV"
  

Actions:

• Call for "ENG _ FUEL VLV" Checklist
• Abort start; FCS to cutoff (by recall)
• "ABORTED ENGINE START" Checklist
• Inform GND and ATC
• Check CB; If out, seek Engineering advice. If not tripped, maintenance action is required; Coordinate with ATC and GND for return to bay; Complete "AFTER LANDING CHECKS" prior to parking
  
• Check MEL
